🕯 Couples Retreat Program – “Time for Two”

A quiet weekend for connection, attention & togetherness


🗓 Friday – Arrive & Unload

From 5:00 PM – Arrival & reception

  • Warm welcome with herbal tea and a small snack
  • Time to land in space, shower, switch gears

6:30 PM – Silent walk or mini-introduction (optional)

  • Short walk or gentle start with a simple question: "What does this weekend need for me?"

7:00 PM – Joint dinner

  • Silent or in conversation – tuned to the moment
  • Prepared by you/us (or together as a ritual)

8:30 PM – Relaxation moment in the Zen room / wellness

  • Free use of the double shower and zen room
  • Possibly short guided breathing or meditation (if desired)

21:30 – Closing time of the day

  • Candle light, silence, possibly writing or a short sharing round
  • “What am I grateful for today?”


🗓 Saturday – Connect & Deepen

08:30 – Breakfast (in silence or with a soft start)

  • Time for a quiet start, attention to the body

10:00 – Couples Connection Exercise (guided)

  • Exercise 1: “Seeing each other” – eye contact words (15-20 min)
  • Exercise 2: Reflection cards or ritual questions
  • e.g. “What do you bring to our relationship that I appreciate?”

11:30 – Leisure / wellness / walking / writing

13:00 – Lunch

2:30 PM – Discussion session/in-depth conversation (with you as the host couple)

  • Choice: 1-on-1 with you or together as 2 couples
  • Themes such as: love, communication, (im)balance, desire

4:00 PM – Integration moment

  • Time for yourself or as a couple (rest, sauna, journaling, walk)

6:30 PM – Cooking & eating together

  • Cooking together as a bonding activity (optional)
  • Or: silent dinner with soft music & atmosphere

8:30 PM – Sound or silence evening (optional handpan or music meditation)

  • Live handpan session / sound bath / meditation
  • Afterwards, silence or reflection in the wellness area


🗓 Sunday – Soften & Round Off

08:30 – Breakfast (quiet start)

10:00 – Gentle morning exercise

  • Choose from: meditation, handpan lying session, breathing circle, or ritual
  • Theme: letting go, gratitude, intention for the future

11:30 – Finishing conversation or sharing round (by candlelight or in silence)

  • “What do I take home?”
  • Possibility to share, without pressure

12:30 – Lunch (light and closing)

  • Space for soft completion, final reflection

2:00 PM – Check-out & farewell

✨ Extras & Customizations possible

  • All times are guidelines, nothing is mandatory
  • Personal sessions can also be offered (e.g. sound, massage, systemic work, conversation)
  • Preferably max. one couple per weekend, for real attention
  • Choice to eat meals in silence, together or individually
  • Wellness = no hint of luxury spa, but peace, simplicity, and conscious touch/presence
